The Refurbishment of an Old House in the Hague

The Refurbishement Of An Old House In The Hague 4

BLOOT Architecture worked together with Global Architects to refurbish an old house located in the Hague, the Netherlands. Completed in 2016, the project was intended to breathe a fresh air to the house, providing a unique atmosphere altogether.

In the project, the team in charge decided to create a connection between the living room and the kitchen. Both spaces are only partially screened by wooden slats. The kitchen offers different components and was set against an exposed brick wall. Thanks to the selection of the palette of materials, the house now has a unique atmosphere than it was before the refurbishment project.
