The site of this project is a very particular place with a fair degree of urban isolation and steep topography. There is no presence of neighborhood presence and it takes some precautions to get to the site. Nature is the value of the site which becomes a leading role in the project.

This project is an observation platform that solemnizes the amazing views of wildlife and landscape. It also defines the need to create shelter and work on the construction logic as well by considering the contained space, human needs, resources, and economy.

The house structure supports the loads and defines the uses, space, and materials expression. This structure is collaborated with wooden sieves to condition the visuals and intend sunlight.

On the floor plan, the beams determine circulation and permanence zones, and the definition of a public and private space that is intersecting. As a result, there is a patio node between the access and terrace/pool vertically and the public/private horizontally.

It is possible to make the house inhabitable, provide an architecture gradual revelation, and give accent and framework to the landscape thanks to all variables of space and use.
