It is a residential project of a modern house that lifts out of the contours of a sloping site with a covered deck and simplicity of an economical form. The stunning maximum views across the Manukau Harbour can be seen from this house.

Even though the house sits on a narrow site, it also can provide its owner to enjoy the awesome views of the harbor. This simple and modern house lifts out the sloping site contours to take full advantage of the warm sun and also the amazing views surroundings. Located in such a beautiful nature, this house can be a perfect retreat to escape from a busy city.
Design
The economical form of the house has a simplicity that becomes key to the program of its building. The architect also maximizes the all-weather climate modifier space in this project for entertaining and play. This house also has covered deck space with an elevated landscape for the children t0 ride bikes and play in the bush environment. It also becomes an evening “outdoor “ entertaining space for guests who visit.
