There is a beautiful green space at the center of the building, creating airy outdoor spaces for groundfloor businesses and restaurants. The courtyard allows sunlight in each unit from two sides, plus cross-ventilation for the upper residential floors. It becomes a more humane and environmentally friendly alternative to apartments that lack of windows.
