In collaboration with his son, Matthew Segal, Jonathan Segal, FAIA has been completed an award-winning multifamily project in San Diego. The Charmer has 5000 sqft of commercial space and 19 residential units.
Design
This award-winning multifamily project incorporates the pedestrian-friendly planning of historic courtyard apartments with restrained modern design. At the 2012 residential architect Design Awards, it was named “Project of the Year”.
The Charmer is located on India Street in San Diego, California.
