Designed for a couple with a child, House in Minomi is blessed with awesome natural scenery. This family house is located in Hiroshima, Japan, a 2016 residential project designed by Fujiwara / Muro Architectural Design Office. A special interior layout is created so the family can enjoy the surrounding amazing views.
The site of this house features a height difference of 3.5 m. The architect comes with an architectural design that shows the dramatic changes in perspective and scenery unique to the house site by creating a difference of elevation within the house.
In the living room, there are some large windows installed that can create a special interior layout. This layout allows the family to enjoy the amazing views of the surrounding from numerous viewpoints within this house.
Besides the stairwell in the living space, this space is also beautified by the use of wood elements. The floor space, the house poles, and furniture are made from wood. When winter comes, these wood elements can create a warmer atmosphere inside the house.
