The design of this resident clubhouse is inspired by the narrow and crowded streets of Mongkok. The luxury interior with some different function areas can facilitate the people to connect to each other.
Interior
The luxury interior becomes a perfect interior design to provide the best clubhouse ever in Hong Kong. The use of different elements can support the luxury look, especially with the furniture, lighting, and materials for the structure.
Structure
With the inspiration of narrow and crowded streets in Mongkok, the structure is made from concrete. The use of concrete can create some awesome places for the visitors to escape from the chaos of the busy city, especially on the rooftop of the building.
Design
Skypark Mongkok is designed by ‘breaking down the walls’ style of a general clubhouse. This design is realized using concrete that can develop some transformable and open public spaces. The architect also redesigns the main essence of this clubhouse.
Areas
Skypark Mongkok has some different function areas with an awesome luxury interior design. Those areas of bar, library, and kitchen which are located near the art gallery, swimming pool, and also the gym. There is also a large staircase outside the clubhouse, connecting the floor with the landscaped park.
