Concept
The concept design of Lake House is based on the floating planes series from the landscape. It allows the building to nestle into the elevated building platform contour. The landscape can be seen clearly and also creating a fresh atmosphere around the house.
Pavilion
The roofs of two pavilions, especially the master suite and the main living area, are floating above the house line. It creates an awesome light changing play beautifully. The glass wall also allows the natural light to come into the house freely.
Details
Lake House has a long sleek form that stretches from the back boundary of the building. It gives panoramic views of the lake. This project is also about extending the native environment into the property with a good planting. It will frame the lake views and the landscape.
Material
The color and material palette are chosen to make the Lake House design completes. With the seamless connection of interior and exterior, this house seems larger than it looks. The house also becomes an ideal building for taking a stunning view.
