Futurist Architecture

Due to the site, flood regulations expected the building to at least 6 feet off of the ground and, based on co-op regulations, the height must not surpass 28 feet.

The cladding itself can be considered economical, rot-proof, environmentally friendly, and maintenance –free. Overall, the Château de Cartes is a place that emphasizes its poetic nature beyond the domestic scale; light and heavy or solid and fragile.

What makes it even more interesting is the fact that the house stands on uneven terrain that naturally brings each level into direct contact with the surrounding environment.

Another thing that makes North Whale House looks so elegant and modern is the backyard design. The architect wants to give a large space as much as possible in this area. That’s why there is only a small pool which is surrounded by the large green yard.

The main concept of Old Stone Highway architecture design is modern. With the natural environment around the house site, the architect also tries to keep it up with natural materials too like wood and brick.

The extension was built at the house’s rear with an exterior of Accoya timber clad in black. The extension was inspired by modernist houses from Scandinavia.

East Like is kind of simple and elegant residence. It doesn’t have too much architecture design on it. But the architecture design can blend well with the exterior around it. The architecture design of this house supports the environment a lot.

The wooden wing is a huge second home situated on the shores of Lac Supérieur, across from Mont Tremblant, Quebec.

Pavot Rogue is a bright-orange brick pavilion located on Rue Saint-Christophe street. It was constructed over the garage of a triplex facing Rue Saint-Hubert.
