Softcom Head Office – Eko Novo is designed by Micdee Designs with 1768 sqm in size and completed in 2019. The use of neutral hues and textured finishes can create beaming interiors inside this head office.

Goal

This new HQ is envisioned as a perfect place for the firm to speak to its people and clients alike, creating an innovative work environment that communicates its commitment and stimulated excellent output from her team to offer expansive values to organizations better. There is a value in the building‘s envelope possessing a timeless feature to complete the design.

Design

The timeless feature in this project is like an artist’s blank canvas that offers the beaming interiors opportunity and surrounding landscape to flourish with the use of neutral hues and textured finishes. A calming mental simulation that resonates with the lush greenery is echoed by the almost predictable nature of the facade. It inspires an open embrace too to welcome Softcom’s visitors and staff to Eko Novo.

Interiors

The design of effective workspaces can facilitate the efficiency of the immediate environment. The workspaces are not only designed by considering the occupants of a space but also the space expectation. The nature of work in Softcom also has been evaluated to design the office space that can meet their culture to promote collaborations and communalism. Unique office space can be created by using grounded principles on lighting, ergonomics and color psychology.
