Growing community of expatriates and their families occupy the Gubei District, hence the landscape design was influenced by this community. Retail, restaurant, and gallery activity runs immaculately onto the spacious 30-foot-wide promenade thanks to the little differentiation of indoor and outdoor area.
The Raysom City is a one-kilometer-long public park and retail promenade developed based on Hefei’s ancient river city identity and waterside parks.
As per Bohlin Cywinski Jackson, SWA used a Sycamore bosque to reveal the atmosphere of ‘Enchanted Forest’ of swaths of planting, winding paths, and a table that can be used for seating.
Griggs Park is designed with a master plan that uses a mature strand of trees and the existing soil. The purpose is about creating a primary design to the park and saving the remaining park essentials, like play areas, irrigation, lighting, walks, and also the seating spots. People can visit this park to walk with their dog, exercising, or just walk around with friends and family.
Originally, the plan was organized by Thomas Balsley Associates in 1991, then it acts as an extension of Frederick Law Olmsted’s famed Riverside Park housing 13 blocks beyond its traditional southern boundary.
Main Street Garden Park becomes the new urban core in Dallas city. The architecture design looks like Mercantile Bank Building and also the Beaux-Arts City Hall but it doesn’t have a newest 21st-century design profile yet.
There is also a home office in South Slope Brooklyn Townhouse. The minimalist home office is located in the master bedroom, right at the corner of the bedroom in front of the bed. The home office is designed with wall-mounted shelves.
