The Phase III project of ZhangJiang IC Harbor was the result of collaboration between Atelier Archmixing and Atelier Liu Yuyang Architects. Located in Pudong New District, Shanghai, ZhangJiang IC Harbor is an office park that provides a network of public space in the city. For this project, both firms started the work in 2011 and finished in 2016.

The Phase III Project

The 128,700 square meter office park is a commissioned project in the ZhangJiang R&D area in Shanghai.

The office park formulates a network of public space that offers rich experiences among the yards, squares, and lands.

All of these were excellently constructed based on a strategy called ‘loating blocks’.

Diverse Typologies

In order to establish richly varied and practical office spaces, diverse typologies were articulated.

These diverse typologies can be seen through the office buildings as well as public spaces of various scales.
