In 2019, Jamie Chioco successfully completed the construction of Hemlock Avenue. It is their very own personal residence. He is the principal of Chioco Design, a well-known design firm in Austin, Texas. Home in Cherrywood neighborhood in East Austin with two bedrooms.

Vance Lane Residence is a 3,780-square- foot family home designed by Chioco Design. This house is located in West Austin, home to a family of four. It is a 2012 residential project with a design consisting of interlocking linear, rectangular forms.
