The brief for Denmark Avenue is to extend and remodel it, which is completely different from the architect’s previous projects. This house is designed in a ‘period’ style that matches the needs of the clients.
In 2008, Stephen Fletcher Architects were commissioned to transform a large Victorian semi-detached property in West Hampstead. Parsifal Road had been converted into flats in 1947 and now it becomes a comfortable family house with a small self-contained basement flat.
Located in Buckinghamshire, the brief of the Well House is to create more efficient use of the available space. This house was a 1930s former stables block that transformed into a family home in the 1980s that sits in a very picturesque valley close to Marlow, Bucks.
Completed in 2003 by Stephen Fletcher Architects, Cale Street is an awesome project of remodeling and extending an 1840s townhouse. Located in Chelsea, this house was in a very dilapidated condition. Some new windows are inserted into the side elevation to bring a new life into this townhouse.
