Living somewhere more grounded and natural is the goal of the clients who moving away to I&L Residence from a high-rise apartment. All of the palm trees found within the site are the inspiration for the house built within the site.
Located in Bandung, Indonesia, IH Residence is a residential project by Andramatin. This project comes from a family that has 5600 sqm of land. The land is transformed into a family residence with a design following the elongated site. A massive form built in the center detaches it from any walls of the site.
Designed by Andramatin, AW Residence is a large house located in Indonesia. It sits on a bust intersection in a neighborhood and is surrounded by a lot of tall trees. The most interesting about this house is it is made out of black-painted bricks.
Completed in 2017 by Andramatin, IT Residence is a modern residence designed as a calm, quiet, monolithic expression against its lush surrounding in a suburban area in Bogor. This house also has a more natural look due to the use of natural materials.
Located in the hillside area of Bandung, EH Residence is designed by Andramatin for a mother and her children. It is a residence that is used as a weekend villa with three bedrooms and some gathering areas. These areas are connected by an open balcony.
