Private Clinic: A New Private Clinic with Green and Pastel Colors of the Interior

Completed in 2020 by Nayra Iglesias from In Out Studio, Private Clinic is a project of a new private clinic in Gran Canaria, Spain. The basis of the design concept for this clinic is the use of organic forms that remind of nature and pastel colors. Green is the main color of the interior that mixed with natural material such as terrazzo and wood.

This new private clinic can turn the patients’ visits from traditional into a relaxed, pleasant, and positive experience. It is a project that answering the future of wellness architecture spaces. There are three main areas over two floors of the clinic: medical rooms, waiting area, and reception.

The entrance area where the reception and waiting area are located welcomes the client of the clinic. This area is an open and bright space with awesome patios that designed to give special emphasis to natural light.

Besides the use of these awesome patios, the designer also decides to use materials that meet the cleaning and disinfection requirements. These materials also can provide warmth and a calm atmosphere inside.

This new private clinic has an interior design that beautified by the use of resources from biophilia with a friendly, organic, and contemporary language to provide comfort to the client. Green is the main color of the interior that also can be found in garden areas.

Located on both levels, the medical rooms are easily identified by the signage and the design of recognizable elements as well. A comfortable atmosphere that promotes an approach between client and doctor has been designed in the medical cabins with furniture and light elements.
